If you have mod power you will notice at the end of every topic a weird little feather that says bulk mod what does it mean. Here is an example. Does any 1 know?

if you click on them. then it will turn red.
then at the bottom you can control them to be deleted, moved, closed, pinned, unpinned and etc.
