I like movies that make you think. Which are a rarity these days. Everything is mind-numbing...
It all depends on what you're in the mood for. I'm usually in a comedy mood, but sometimes I need a strong, depressing drama to wake me up or teach me something, Requiem for a Dream-style.
eh...I like movies that combine more then one genre, with lots of plot twists and an unexpected ending.
