How do you increase someone's warn level if your only a regular?

Its simply a matter of your target audiance and what you as a admin belive is appropriate content for your site. Regardless to the fact that it is a joke or not, the picture is inapropriate by the rules you set for the forums.

Send him a link to staredit.net and show him a successful forum community where there are rules. Or simply tell him that content inapropriate for a young audiance isn't allowed on your forums. If he does it again then you will warn him more or ban him. Don't take what he says personaly he is only trying to make you mad.

As a amin you need to give fair warnings and don't back down from them. Don't spend your time agrueing for it only makes you look worse.

Posting Porn/spam will give you a 10%
up flaming will give you 20%
talking bad about me or other forums member gets you a 30%
postign is the wrong forum is not a warn level more like a warning kinda thing.

Its not the ironoy of where he posted the question its the weekness he shows as a admin that stands out to me. If it is truely "your" forums, what you say IS correct because your the almightly god of the page. However much you stress that fact or rub it into other peoples faces is up to you. However it may effect the amount of people who stay at your forums.

Rules like "talking bad about me or other forums member gets you a 30%" Should be reworded. Don't make your self seem godly. But make sure people know your the boss. Yoshi does this really well at this site he is a good example to follow.

According to the date he put for his birthday he claims he is 14 as of march. Does it really matter. I find alot of younger people 11-14 are more mature then the 15-16 year olds. (on battle.net that is) I think it is a whole middle school attatude thing.

Posting porn is worse then spam and flaming. You should rethink your warning rules.

If someone posted pure porngraphy pictures that did not have prior visible warnings and did not have an actual purpose, it would be a 15-30 day suspention of their account because its speificly stated in the rules: These forums are 13+.

Thus there are minors and it is illegal for me to have any type of porno without prior warning or a diclaimer that is visible. 15-30 days is harsh, but its common sense.

I like to be strict. If I made some forums, I'd have really high punishments(i.e. spam=if bad enough, 50%, depending on how "spammy" it is).
That's just me though, and most people don't like super-uber-mega-strict.
