As for me, this is completely non-fan influenced, since I'm not from anywhere near any of the teams.
Random stuff - Maybe we should have a contest to see who can guess the score of the Rose Bowl. I'd do it myself, but I'm not on enough to close the topic before the game begins. Plus, I'd never give out as many minerals as would take to get a lot of people guessing.

Orange: FSU, better all around, they just slipped up.
Rose: Texas, I think it's partial destiny, and also their defense is just going to clobber them around. Their offense is strong also, USC has a chance, but if one gets a fumble it will basically go in their directions for a while.

They were TOO damn close. I almost got a heartattack watching that game. My heart nearly burst out of my chest when USC was going for the 4th and 3 in the last quarter with like 2 or so minutes left. Just six inches short... and Texas came back and won.
But Matt Leinhart was an ass after the game. When he was interviewed, he was like "Yea, we still think we were the better team." I was like WTF? You guys LOST! At least Reggie Bush took it like a man.
