Ok, see that .zip file you downloaded? Double-click it. Now, select EVERYTHING, right-click, click "Copy". Go to A folder. ANY folder. Doesn't have to be the SC folder, just any folder will do. Right click without selecting anything, click "Paste". There, you're done.
Now, just to double-check: what you should have now in the folder you pasted in is the executable (named SCMDraft 2.exe or a derivative thereof) and a folder called "plugins" in which there is a file called "TrigEdit.sdp" (and possibly "Classic TrigEdit.sdp", but that's not required).
Does it work now?
