Ok, a friend (who I know in real life) thinks I hacked him. He's "computer inexperienced/illiterate" as you might say, but I wondered what you all would do in such a situation (this happened before with another friend).

This is the chat log: (the names were obviously changed)

Me: why?
TheDude: go to censored.gif ing hell and dont censored.gif ing hack again
Me: hack what?
TheDude: MY COMPUTER U censored.gif
TheDude: DONT SAY U DIDNT
Me: uhh...
Me: wtf are you smoking?
TheDude: CAUSE HAVING MY SCXE NAME CHANGED TO "IKE I MADE YOU FREEZE"
TheDude: IS ONLY THING U HAVE DONE
Me: having your what?
noothersntoname2: SCXE
Mlepilov123: wtf do you mean by that?
TheDude: TheDude: ok stfu
TheDude: u made me freeze (Note: He copied this from an earlier conversation the day before)
TheDude: you are the only who herd that
Me: what? wtf do you mean I made you freeze?
TheDude: and my SCXE named "IKE I MADE YOU FREEZE

Me: Did you not get that it's impossible to hack through AIM?
Me: who the censored.gif is "Ike"?
TheDude: DID YOU KNOW YOU HAVE MY IP ADRESS

Once again, this happened before. Why do people think I keep hacking them? huh.gif

Meh, he would probably block me first. However, I know him in real life, so I can't just block him, ban him, or ignore him, since he's probably going to tell to his friends (which I'm good friends with, thx god). It's funny how some people think I hacked them. I mean, do I really sound like a hacker?

maybe you should send him a link explaining how it is impossible to hack on AIM that might clear things up.

I've already told him that it's impossible to hack over AIM, he wouldn't understand.
