Is there any full enough description of SC file specs? Like .dat, .chk, .tbl, .grp, .lo, .bin and others... I could only find specs of Font files on Stromcoast Fortress.

There are most of them out there. For all the .dat files, the AZ format files give a fair look at how they work.
Here's all the ones I could find:

.bin - AI script, .lo? - overlays, .tbl - text strings - http://shadowflare.gameproc.com/specs.html

some .dat files, iscript.bin, .got , maps(.chk, which are the uncompressed scx/scm) -http://www.campaigncreations.org/starcraft...aft/index.shtml Scroll down to the spec section.
