I was thinking of making a defense map. Its going to be like a pipe line kind. I was thinking of doing it. But i have 2 ways for it. I dont know which one to pick. Which one would be better?

Also there are many path and some holds the units in the lines for more times then other paths and you gotta block the path with the crystals. 4 Paths. I was thinking if i should allow to block 3 path or just 1?

Also should Players unit movement or make it a challenge and make the unit ignore the player's commands?

Which size map should it be?

Any suggestion on the map so it is a good or atleast decent map?

Also the path for the offense units is 1x1 tile. So that would mean that the only ground unit that would not be able to go thru is the ultralisk since it cant go up or down in a 1x1 tile except for 1x1 left or right.

Should i make it a continuous wave , a timed contiuous wave, or spawning 1 unit at a time for a certain time?

I vote the second one... defence shouldn't be any different than the classic way. Just like RPGs. The Xmen one was perfect, but now people are messing them up with new items and such.

Ok i got it all mapped out now
All i gotta do is make terrain add triggers and name units
Should i name the buyable units plumbing items?

Should i change the path size to 2x2 instead?
so ultralisk can go thru

2x2 would be better but thats only if you want to use larger units. Too bad you didnt go with the more original defense idea.
