Today an 8th grader in florida brought a.. "Gun" to school.. and some kids made fun of him started to tell on him.. He ordered one to the closet and one to stay still.. this.. "GUN" he has was a harmless airsoft gun.. So.. the S.W.A.T. Arrive on the scene 1 hour into it.. He takes this.. "GUN" to point blank at sumones back and orders the police to listen to his story(about the airsoft..) they wouldnt listen and as he twitched from the terrified feeling of the police and swat he shot it.. the man didnt die but as he pulled the trigger a sniper sitting up in a post 300 feet away, Popped him in the skull with a bullet killing the child.. after they arrived at the scene of his death they had sadly realized there mistake.. it was a fake gun..
Well, the kid's still a fool for pointing a gun at the hostage while standing in front of the police. And if he was holding a hostage, it's the police job the ensure the safety of the hostage and to get them out alive, no matter the age of the person holding the gun. And how do you even know that he shot his airsoft gun out of fear? The way you said it looks like the hostage was one of the people who teased him, which could explain why he shot him.
BTW, S.W.A.T isn't the goverment. Its city police probably.
yes i agree with yeow the kid was a fool. if the police didnt listen he should of kept on talking. the police almost always send out nagociators.
Kid's fault for being a fool. SWAT team did exactly what they're trained to do.
Again I'd like proof, like a news article.
This happened so many times here in NY.
this is bull
You don't even try to prove your story and just say the entire thing is governments fault. The story makes no sense. An 8 year old taking hostages? Who would even try to make fun of some one with a gun?
You probably made that up.
wtf he was 15 and still in 8th grade.
WOOPS I MISREAD IT.
I thought he said it was an eight year old, not an eigth grader.
Just ignore that first question.
He said a child was killed and that, along with rushed reading, lead me to the conclusion that it was an 8 year old.
The SWAT team MUST assume that he's not kidding. Would you rather they shrug off the threats of a 13 year old because they don't believe he's got a real gun? I don't blame them one single bit for taking that action.
Ok... this has gone too far. Yes while it is true i oppose the government, this has gone off the edge.... A kid brings a gun to school points it towards the cops and gets shot...
Unless theres some proof that its all made up, no need to think that.
A kid brings a gun to school and points it at cops..
If it's a realistic looking gun, shoot the illegitimate child.
If it's a toy looking gun the police are morons.
The gun looks real, you can a M4A1 model airsoft gun for 60$, the kid didn't know it'd cause widespread panic (if he's that stupid) but still the SWAT team did what they were trained to do, when fired upon fire back.
Big deal I've brought a fake gun to school too, for a play. Other people brought fake guns to shoot holes in the wall but Ninja Stars are more fun
According to
this he was only shot, not killed, and not hit by a sniper, but a deputy. Last time I checked, school bathrooms usually don't have windows, so how he would even be
able to get hit by a sniper is impossible.
He also attempted to shoot himself.
He had also painted over the orange markings on it, so it could've looked real. With the way we was using it, they had to assume.
This is one of stances that I say "Take warning labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself.". If you're stupid enough to do that, then you probably deserve getting shot.
In an unrelated note, if it was my school, bet you some 20 other people in the classroom would've pulled out guns and shot him.
dont airsoft guns have a orange tip? did the kid paint it over or seomthing?
he was asking for it, and being really dumb at the same time
pretty shocking though
This story has been/will be on several news stations, so it's double confirmed.
Why they shot him in the head? I dont know.
Why it wasnt a rubber bullet they shot him with? I dont know.
Everything else they did seemed correct.
Why was it the kid didn't enough brain cells to think for a moment? I don't know.
There are questions in life we don't know.
1 : If you bring a "Gun" to School, WTF DO YOU THINKS GONNA HAPPEN?!
2 : This isnt exactly the "Goverments" Fault, you think they Control what the Police in local areas do? no.
3 : The Kids a moron
This isn't the Goverment's Fault at all the S.W.A.T were just doing there duty. If they see someone pulling out, they're forced to use their own arsenals to sacrafice one life and try to save another. They're willing to make that sacrafice and they obivously wouldn't know if that would of been a Real Arsenal or Not. So It's the Kids fault. But what really pawnders me is why wouldn't he think of the situation first place.
