If you want to force people into their Tanks, use an Order Trigger and force them to Move. Unless you hyper it, it's pretty easy to fight though.
For unit creation, don't get rid of the player's units once they get into the Tank. Simply move them to a location somewhere that they can't get out of. Once they leave the Tank, center a location on it and move the units back.

If l remember correctly, the tank was behind barbed wires, so you approach in range of the tank, but since it didnt shoot rockets, you should hide a gun turret somewhere. I dont think a unit will match a rocket effect, so l would use a scourge owned by a computer and shoot it over the tank, thus allowing a large explosion.

I played CoD and l know which level your talking about [Dawnville?]

The panzer has 1 rocket, so there is no point to change units, since you have to go back for it, you can just store the default unit on a part of an unused map.

Problem #1 - Well... you could use Tassadar, but he is pretty short ranged and you would have to take away his spells. I can't really think of any others.

Problem #2 -
1 - In another part the map you could have a place where you can choose to revert back to your picked weapon. It could be a civ and a beacon, a building, or a dropship.

2 - Or you could just have another "weapon" (powerup?) close by that says "Revert to Picked Weapon"

3 - Or, you could make it so that the Panzer Faust only has one rocket, so when you kill the tank in one hit you take away it

I like solution #3 best. Hope this helped

Can you order you text out a little more with:
Conditions:
(Conditions)
Actions:
(Actions)

That, works for one person, or them all, because it will remove the tank, but the location might still work if preserved.
