be able to do PM's,
a login system,
display FTP files/folders,
to change/upload them/files,
intergrate a WYSIWYG editor to edit/post articles/web pages/files,
display the current up to date storage and bandwidth usage,
able to create MYSQL accounts/database/tables,
access your own webmail accounts,
Create admin/moderator/member accounts (Each with their own settings),
View your Steam server statstics of all kind and then the ablity to display them on a webpage or more,
change passwords,
change personal information (set which one able to display or not),
add/remove parked/addon domains and subdomains,
password protect selected directories,
index mangement, c
reate their own error pages,
change the template(look&Feel) of the CMS/website
or able them to use/make their own template for websites and maybe the CMS

have the admin account to...
limit the subdomains per member accounts
limit bandwidth/storage
read the date stamps and ip address of each time each account that login
Create/delete/suspend accounts that are moderator/member accounts
change the template of the CMS
make/edit/delete website templates/CMS templates

Thats what I got right now for it.
If your a expert/professional in PHP/MYSQL and you can do all the things thats listed and the code is full complete and finished I'll give you 1,320 minerals!!!
If you at least finish a feature thats listed above and it works and I can tie it in with the PHP scripts I currently finished/still working on, I'll give you 500 minerals!

I think you wont't be able to do the following:
add/remove parked/addon domains and subdomains
create their own error pages
password protect selected directories
index mangement
Create MYSQL accounts

I so far completed:
A small login system
PHP/MYSQL enabled pages
Able to add/edit/post news/blog archive

ALSO THE CMS MUST BE WRITEN IN PHP 4.4.1/MYSQL 4.0.26 (or higher then those versions)

ADDITION:
Dang, not many people is professional at PHP. Still, I could of payed you by paypal, oh well!

Even if I were PHP fluent, I wouldn't make CMS software for minerals.

That's a lot to ask from a member.

Indded, even so, that could take months to finish, so you'd still be looking at a while to even have it.

Also, about the steam thing. It might not be possible, as things like that update only certain sites of your status. You'd have to extract it from there, if anything.
