It may be easier if your map would be, as everyone says, Isometric. RPG's are supposed to be about... well... non-square terrain? or whatever. Maps like defense and bound maps are supposed to be "perfect" and square.
Your areas at the top and right of the map.. take up WAY too much space. It's looking like a D&D RP-styled map, where you have so many options. What your map sounds like to me, however, is a NORMAL RPG, and not an RP, yet it looks like a cross between a bound and an RP.
You may also, for the ease of knowing what triggers do what, is make a PROPER comment, not just blank comments.
The cities look way too fake. All houses are clumped TIGHTLY in ONE spot. You may want to take a ride around your city and take a look. There is no terrain variation, it's just plain and boring. You may also want to use the Badland terrain if your RPG will take place in a city, or around cities. It would look alot better.
It's too open. This is where Isometric terrain comes in handy, to make cliffs, rivers, mountains whatever. Also, you don't typically need so many "houses" to show it's a big city. You can stack buildings, and with abit of work, you can make some pretty interesting looking cities. Be creative.
I hope you take no offense to any of this, because I am just trying to do some helpful criticism.

i guess you have neva seen Trigun? its based on that.
That's cool. I myself have "neva" seen Trigun, but I have looked at Trigun art. It's pretty cool. Anyways, what matters in your map is layout, design and functionality. Currently it's not a very good layout of the map, the design isn't the best, but functionality, that I cannot guess. I would have to play the map.
PS: No one here will steal your map.
