I made this as a poll beause i wanted to see how manny people believe on this. Actualy,dreams have explanations. For example (this is the only thing i can remember now) you dream about an ambulance that is full with somenthing - bodys,whatever. Just so nothing more fits. Then,one or more wishes will come true. My dad have a dreambook. Manny dreams are explained there. If i had it here in home i would try to translate you'r dreams. I have asked friends what they have dreamed,looked in the book and they said it was true. I can't prove it if i don't have the book. Dreams can mean anything - You get money,they mean bad luck,good luck,luck with love and so on.

no i do not believe that it has explinations. since dreams are very wierd and abstract it can be translated into many differnt explinations with ease.
i believe dreams are you in another dimension

this is not impossible since there is an infinite number of dimensions

Yeah my sister has a dream book and I look through it sometimes to see if its true and most of the time it really works

Some dreams could have a meaning, yes, but more often than not it is someone trying to attach meaning to an otherwise meaningless event.

I don't think dreams have a meaning, you don't get "visions" in your dreams either. It only reflects on what really happened in your life sometimes. Hmm then it might have a meaning..

You don't dream about stuff that doesn't concern to you. For instance, you aren't going to dream about SEN if you have never heard of it before.
And I guess dreams do have explanations.

Umm, I don't think so...

No scientests have actually been able to figure out what happens in your thoughts durng your sleep, So we don't really know.

Of course we all know that when humans don't know something or understand something, They make up stupid bullshiz stories, Only for the reason that they can say they "are smarter than someone" or "know more than you".

Actualy... Dreams will tell you the future. Could be one day or it can say if you fallen in love with wrong guy etc etc..

I don't know... but i wished it was yes.... because i had all my sex fantasies in the dream... and it turned out i've been humping on my bed without a girl in sleep... meh... i don't know.

I do agree. I'm a fond belive in this. my mom has read many books, and interprets dreams. an interesting thing about this is, If you have death in a dream, it could mean life. Most of the things in dreams contirbute to the activities going on in your life. So i do belive.

I believe that if your thinking about something heavily before you fall asleep, you will have a dream about what you were thinking about. But sometimes it will just be something random like a nightmare. I don't really believe that dreams can tell you of something that is going to happen. People who said that they have predicted the future through the a dream are liars.

I had a dream that a man said that you can live without support from others. My gf dumped me because of that (OLD DREAM)

Then...after 1 year...I got a dream about the same man saying that you always have new lives coming...I got my new gf. (NEW DREAM)

So...Yes.

I had a dream yesterday that I scored a touchdown, but was only 5 points instead of 6. (I lost my football game)

we did a thing about this in english today.

we got a paper that says "... While in REM (Rapid eye movement) your subconcience mind comes out to answer the questions you concience mind has for your self. When people say ' i need to sleep on it' and some how they know what to think the next day, it's because of dreams..."

it also went on to explain that you are the only one who can interprate your own dream. some belive in symbolic things in dreams for example : you and your friend smoke cigars alone in your house. maby your subconcience is telling you that cigar = wang. answering the question if you might think your gay. (unless your a girl)

but dreams have meaning to them. it's up to you to figure out what they are

I had a pretty peculiar dream last night. I don't remember much, but I remember a girl, suposedly my girlfriend (currently single). She wasn't exactly anyone I know. She had all the characteristics that I find attractive in a girl, suprisingly, they weren't what I listed in my 'Girl/Guy' thread. She was giving me tips on kissing and handling a girl. I dunno, it was awesome though. *sigh*
