My searching skillz suck, so it took me forever to actualy find it, but I did!
God, I loved the beta.
I found it at http://xanathis.cherryroms.com/sc/starrpg.html
Lots of Rpg's there.
And I went to xanathis.cherryroms.com, but I didn't see anything rom related there except "emu compatibility lists", so I hope there isn't any problem(don't remember if Roms are a problem here, they are in most places).

Most of the maps are familiar, and they mostly suck. And demon incubus is a joke, only 20% of the whole map is used, and the hyper wait intro took forever.
