ok in starforge i can open an excisting map like downlaod from internet maps i just cant make new triggers or create a new map, when i try to do those two things this error box come up: Run-time error '-2147024882 (8007000e)': Out of memory.but im not out of memory cuas i cheacked and i have like half my memory left wen i run it can some one please help me on this???

Ahhh the wonders of VB. Try reinstalling Starforge. Maybe something got messed up when you installed it. I really don't know why it would do that.
I hardly ever have trouble with Starforge. What do you people do to make it hate you so much?
