Coincidence. I've seen this done in the old bills too, does the US government have the ability to see into the future.
I doubt anyone is allowing this to happen. I doubt anyone that is in power at the moment would have this put into the dollar bills.

What do you mean oh who cares? What if your whole family was in one of those planes? What would you say then? In your case I guess you wouldn't care either because you said you can produce 10x more in a hour......but what about the peoples families that were killed in the plane crashes, and thats all you have to say is "Who cares?"

Its another one of those ridiculous bill folding things, if you fold dollar bills, and you REALLY want to see something there, you'll see it eventually, just like the mushroom on 1 dollar bills.

Now, imagine a family member, friend, or somebody you looked up to and imagine that they were stuck in one of the Twin Towers on 9/11. I doubt you would come up with that response.
