...by extracting the entire archive into one folder. Yes, this includes the "plugins" folder. I still can't believe why the hell people won't realize this even though the error message explains what is wrong.

Um, what? Let's see here...

You downloaded it "from this website." I'm assuming you meant the DLDB, in which case it would be from here.

When you click on "I Agree," it downloads a .zip file called "Scmdraft060BETA.zip." If you open the archive, you see dbghelp.dll, readme.txt, trigedit help.txt, ScmDraft 2.exe, and a folder called "plugins." If you're especially curious, that folder contains 2 files: TrigEdit.sdp and Classic TrigEdit.sdp. This is the folder that you need to extract to where you extracted ScmDraft 2.exe. This is what is causing the problem.

Goto "My Computer"

Right click on Right click "Local Disk (C:)", click "Format" then "Start"

If a warning message pops up just click ok.

Check back in 5 hours

Re-download the latest version of SCMDraft2 from it's homepage which can be found by searching google

Extract all contents of it into C:/SCMDraft2

Run "ScmDraft2.exe"
