thinking a lot lately....

then thought of something like this kind of out of nowhere

She never spoke a word
Never sang a note
Her eyes reflect no image
And fingers lost their senses

Music is null to her ears
As food is tasteless to her mouth
Yet she knows that I am here...
And for that she felt at ease

Our lives very quiet
But so lively
Our minds flourished with adventures
Vivid colors decorate each unique element

Our hearts bound together as rain to water

blink.gif Weird.
But I think I can see a very good story can rise from this.

Well... at least that's what I think.

Who are you writing about?

Sounds like a girl friend, or an ex-girlfriend, maybe.

I liked the poem, even though I'm not a fan of non-rhyming poems.

Lol, I'm not even sure if it's a poem. I simply wrote it in ways I would pause...

It's about how a girl, even without being able to feel, see, touch, smell, ect. her love, she knows she is in his arms and is safe... she trusts that instinct. While the guy knowing that since she can't feel at all... she is as much as a humanoid robot (wouldn't you say), yet he knows she feels him, so he feels her... beyond physical senses.

I actually had a thought of this once... what if you were to have met a spirit... a ghost. You feel in love with each other, truly in love. You can't feel each other, and only now and then see each other, but when in the same place, you can always sense each other.

In fact, let's even put it as you can see her and speak to her, but NO ONE else knows her existance and no one believes it...

Would you still... continue the relationship? Can there be love without physical touch?
