It's been more than five years since StarCraft: Brood War was released, so Blizzard will probably make a new StarCraft game soon. Which one would you buy first?
StarCraft 2. Only because it would be a sequel to StarCraft, where WoS would be more of a sequel to WoW, but it still would be fun to play. And I'm not a big fan of StarCraft:Ghost, as it is, but I still might buy it.
SC2FTW!
Whichever was released first. I love Blizzard games, so I'd definitely buy the first one out. However, if all three became available at once (that would be a cooold day in hell, wouldn't it?), then I'd buy Starcraft 2 first.
zomfg teh Starcraft 2 for the winz.
Blizzard won't make a starcraft 2, they will force us to do it for them.
StarCraft: Ghost will probobly come out first but I still think that StarCraft 2 will be alot better.
I don't care. Which ever one I find the best, I'll buy
How can you compare different genres? One is FPS, the other is more than apperent to be an RTS, and the other would be an MMORPG... More like preference than "best"
I know quality when I see it
I have no interest in a "World of Starcraft" or in Starcraft:Ghost.
If StarCraft 2 is like Warcraft III (in the game setup), I will not get it.
If StarCraft 2 is like Starcraft, but better graphics (maybe more colors, less pixely and >640x480), maybe more triggers, not 3D (like War3), then I might.
Older Games > Newer games (with many exceptions)
Perfect graphics < Less-than-perfect graphics.
I prefer it looking more like a game than a movie. E.g.: FF9 and FF7 I liked the graphics, FF8 they were too "good" for my liking. (FF7 was an older game so it had more of a pixel-look. FF8 they had smoothed it out so it looked more "real". In FF9 it was more cartoon-like)
Only thing I like to be near perfect is the explosion animations. It always bugs me when games just use an orange circle with some red/yellow shadings.
w00t for WoS
It will rock...MMORPG Starcraft Style!
World of starcraft sounds awesome. I would love to be a zergling and cast spells.. and stuff ;p.
I would buy them all.
But I voted on the one I am most anticipating, which is World of starcraft.
But I used to not like star craft ghost either. Until I watched previews of it. It looks like it will be the next halo but 10x better.
Dont care, and there wont be one. (Another starcraft game)
Well the fact is that sc ghost will be released in like 6-12 months I'm guessing. (Might be completely wrong.) Starcraft 2 isn't even in the making and you can add 3 years to when it is started. World of starcraft I think will never come. In otherwords, starcraft ghost.
Starcraft: Ghost is crap in my opinion. How dare Blizzard make a game, call it "starcraft" and not port it to the PC?
Anything else would be fun though QUOTE(DT_Battlekruser @ Feb 13 2006, 06:39 PM)

It will be the next halo, trust me.

Trust me, it may not be compatible for the PC, besides it probably might have framerate problems for the PC. Also, you probably do not like stealth action shooter games, if you do, play Splinter Cell.QUOTE(KrAzY @ Feb 13 2006, 11:28 PM)

it is not only stealth. The multiplayer allows you to be zerg, marines, firebats and everything with specific skills and everything. It will own halo.
It's 3rd person, so it's not halo
.
SC: Ghost = Biggest Disapointment Ever
How farking dare you turn my beloved RTS game into an FPS and then proceed to delay it for three years? (It was entirely finished in December of 2003, but the project leader scraped the whole thing because he said something about it being too much of a run and shoot game, and not enough of a Splinter Cell style game.)
I also can't stand some of the new looks they've given certain units. Ultralisks, for one, look....
So different, and not as cool at all.
And why the hell would you make it a Stealth game? When I first though of SC as an FPS I thought massive battles between Terran and Zerg that you were actually a part of. Of course, that wasn't plausible three years ago, though now it is. I remember promises about calling in Seige Tank Barrages, and Battlecruiser Passes, but that's all probably been scraped.....
I will have to buy the game, just because I want to have the story if SC2 ever comes out. There is only hope that they haven't slaughtered the lore.
