Wouldn't it be neat if Blizzard took the initiative to use Starcraft's current popularity and progressed it by globalizing the image of Staredit.net as so it were to be an official part of the Starcraft community by fans and by the creators?

I think it would be neat if blizzard released mini expansions like with sims that added more units/scenerios.

I wouldn't. I would hate to have to run around trying to find and afford all 20 expansions of it, and then when I finally have the complete Starcraft Experience, they come out with Starcraft Deluxe that contains everything I just obtained. Just make Starcraft Deluxe!

no. we dont need non-english speaking people over here. we also do not need any more noobs the popularity might offer. and if starcraft did make this an official site or whatever there will probolly be rules on the programs and such that you can and cannot download.
i think blizzard just abandoned starcraft altogether (what a stupid mistake)

IMO there's lotsa people on SEN as it is, I don't think it needs to be globalized
But I DO think they should redesign StarCraft's Layout for players on B.net, its sooooooo old

I've often thought of the same thing, but I think starcraft is complex enough.
However, the bnet format is still disgusting...
And maybe they should take some popular tournament maps and make them ladder for the next patch, instead of "fixing bugs that contributed to game exploits", fixing the map preview which sometimes screws up, making there be a different setting besides 'ladder', putting support for tournaments, like some sort of bracket program, etc.....they could do SO much but they do NOTHING. Gotta love blizz, don't ya?
Or check daily for winbots.....so our ladder can be serious =/. I'm sure bnet logs each game played...if it's against the same people like 900 times, maybe its a bot, hehe.

if so much of us want change and updates and what not, why don't we, as a starcraft community, ask them for their reasons for doing pretty much nothing aside from minor bux fixes and tell them what we want? Afterall, they are a business that supplies what their customers demand right? They can easily generate much more popularity and even more sales contributing to blizzards overall success on starcraft if these changes were to be taken place. Modifications that we ALL want is something Blizzard really should take seriously enough to take action to. I think we CAN get their attention and obtain their genuine trust of action.
