Before you tell me to press the 'compile' button... I am... I get the pop-up that says:

Debug:
Started

But, the triggers will not complie. Which is a really big problem for me... Since I use copy+paste for a lot of triggers... Any ideas as to why it all of the sudden started doing this?

ADDITION:
I am not one for bumping a thread... But this is rather important to me.

IF I am not giving enough information, please tell me.

It says Started. But never compiles. It was working fine afew days ago... But, all of the sudden it stopped working.

What I have done:
- Downloaded latest version from here as well as StormCoast
- Downloaded a Previous release
- Downloaded from a friend

All of those result in the same error... "Started" and nothing else happens.

I am bumping this again.

Can you please help me?

There is something that is not working, and I really need to get it fixed.

Can you just tell me what I can do, to try and fix it? Maybe replace trigedit with a new one? What should I do?

I REALLY need Trigedit! tongue.gif

Does this happen on every map? If it doesn't, you could try to attach the text of the triggers here. If it does, when has it started doing this? Do you remember changing anything on your computer right before? (This includes installing software, etc.)

Also, it does the "Started" without "done" when there are no triggers on a map. This could have relevance to the problem at hand.

Well, I may gave actually figured out the problem...

When deleting a MASSIVE amount of triggers. (3500-4000 lines of code), trigedit can't compile it correctly...

So, I went to the classic trigedit, and manually deleted all of them, then tested trigedit, and it worked properly.

So, I guess...

Problem solved?

Thus, it was isolated to your particular map?

Can you attach the triggers in a text file?

It wasn't just one specific map. It was several...

Like, I'll use Rantents Battle System triggers for instance...

I try and delete all of those, and the triggers get owned. But, if I delete them via Classic Trigedit, problem solved.
