Ok my computer is like falling apart slowly, But i restarted it and when i got on i noticed my favorits are gone... how is this possible? anyway to get them back? i have like 1000 links.

You could just back up your bookmarks (or they previous ones should be somewhere in the firefox folder/my document folder).
