Most likely that the editor is leaving room for in game units.

Im using SCMDRAFT02BETA
it doesnt even show if its maxed unit or not
And this is happenning in the game
And for stacking i put 100 buildings
i save and i close and open, its 39 and some buildings r missing

Yeah it leaves some room for units that might spring up in the middle of the game
As for stacking just stack in starforge I think that it works better

then stack again each time. that's what i do.

....HOLY F**K thats alot of units...did you count them or sumthin?LOL, we'll i think the max limit is 1650 but i think its 255/PERSON, but 1650 in the actual game...im pretty sure...i just know im going to get sacked by sum1 eles correcting me!
