Staredit Network -> UMS Assistance -> Crashing Problem Again

Hi all. I participated in the last contest here with my map, Vehicle Territories, and one of the flaws I saw with it was balance. So, I added in these balance changes, but now my map is crashing again.

Back when I was making it (version 1), there was a problem in which it was always crashing for player 1, and then for player 2. Basically, I found out that by running the death counters on player 8 instead of the human players, the map no longer crashed on me. Thread:

However, my map is crashing on me again, no longer solely for player 1 but for all players (player 1 does seem to be more prevelant, but that can easily be disregarded as chance). Version 2 was the version submitted to the contest and in the DLDB that does not crash, and what is attached to this post is the pre-release of version 3.

The crashing is not simply exiting right away, but minimizing and saying how starcraft performed an error and must be shut down. I reffered to this in my last thread. Also, none of the common reasons stated in the tutorials are held true in this map.

Any ideas on why my map is crashing or how I can fix it would be GREATLY appreciated... thank you in advance.


EDIT: Forgot to mention a few things. Even though it usually crashes when there is a lot of action going on and the game has progressed, one time it crashed for my ally 2 seconds after the game started.

Also, the primary differences (trigger wise) between this new version and the old version would be:
-An extra 4 spawners, each having 4 triggers associated with them. (take over, spawn normal, spawn hero, upgrade spawner/create crystal).
-Changed triggers for removing invincibility of civilian. They used to be in the "running death counters" area.
-Added a trigger to automatically reload reaver ammo.

►Did u place any units maybe to the side
►Do you got any sounds that might not have strings
►Do you have some units that dont have strings
►Do you got invalid units
►Do you have disabled units that shouldnt be disabled

I really wouldnt know anything else ive never played the map but ill dl the workin v and see wut the map could have wrong with it

No, I don't have any of those things. I really do not have any things that are typical of crashing maps. Remember, it doesn't just quickly close; it tries to minimize, says there is an error, and then is closed as I hit "ok" to the error. Also, it crashes most of the time at seemingly random times, even though most carry the pattern of having a lot happening at that time.

I edited my original post since you posted yours, adding in the trigger changes that I remember doing. Thanks for the help, though.
