I don't - it's surprisingly more popular in the USA than in the football(soccer)-playing nations of Europe.
Plus 'footbag' and 'hacky sack' are possibly the worst names for it that I've ever heard. Like 'Foosball' only worse.

I have to agree with you kinda here. I always feel aukward when I say I've been doing "Hacky sack" because it just sounds like I'm a little kid. And nobody knows what I'm talking about when I say I've been playing Footbag. When I say I've been "Hacking it up" only other hackers know what I'm saying. I was blamed for a problem in our school district's computing system for metioning that at the wrong time. It was all cleared up though.
