I need to know when someone cancels building a building how much do they get refunded? I know its not the full amount....at least in ums maps.

I think it's proportial to how far the building was made before you cancel it; not sure.

It is not just a percent? I think that it is on SC's manual, if not try this:

Put the stats of a building
-Ore: 100
-Gas: 100
-Time: 100

And do some tests. It will give you the percent of ore and gas.

For buildings it seems to be 75%. Well, I know that from just Pylons mainly. I know Upgrades and such give 100%, but I can do more testing later.

Buildings do 75%, units and upgrades give 100%, so if it costs 100 minerals for a building you should get 75 minerals back if you cancel, and it doesn't matter what stage of completion it is in, it is always 75% from the first [] to the last [].
