Then, go to New York, wear "I Love NY" shirt since so many people there wear it. Then, put on the brown bag and go stalk a person. Then keep saying "Elaualaualalaualaealalalaulau" over and over and when they say, "Stop!" You say, "Not if you give me <insert number here> dollars!"
When they report to the cops, simply take off the bag. You're set to go! Draw a different face on it every time they report to the cops.
