Don't really know how college works, but I'll probably study some form of journalism.
Beer, tell me more about what you're studying, or what it's about. It sounds like something I'd be interested in. XD

In Computer Engineering you will study Calculus I-III, Diferential Equations, Numerical Analisis and Algorithms. You will study one year of chemistry and one of physics. You will have numerous circuitry classes and laboratories. A few electromagnetism classes, a whole load of electronics classes, and a few programing classes.
Computer Engineers will basically build the components of a computer, we build Processors, RAM cards, harddrives, motherboards and everything that you see inside of your computer. We don't build computers, we make the components that make up the computers.
Some companies which hire a whole lot of Computer Engineers are: Intel, AMD, NASA, NVidia, Radeon, Sony and a whole bunch of others.
There are two types of computer engineers divided upon hardware and software specialties. Hardware engineers will basically build the computer components and software engineers will make OS's and programs that work to modify or work in conjunction with hardware. Software Engineers are very similar to Computer Programers with the exception that they work with programming hardware and OS and not making programs.
