Make it so that when a moderator locks a topic, the creator of the topic cannot unlock it. It's really annoying and just warning/suspending that person for doing so just fuels their anger.

I'll see if I can code a "locked by global mod" flag type thing into the topic locking code.

Just make it "Locked by Mod" and we will be good.
