1) Done, signature removed.
2) Confirmed. THey have the same ISP and on November 22, 2005, they shared the same IP address.

What action have you taken against the second guy, Beer? Second accounts should be deleted (or he gets to choose which one gets deleted), right?

Well.. it used to be: 2nd account = instant delete of both.
I liked that rule; Moose should enforce it because the 2 account, delete 1 policy is really dumb. All they have to do is say "sorry" and they're ok. The number of multiple accounts is rampant right now so I think we should do the old rule.

I haven't done nothing. Only Moose can delete accounts and ban them. I could suspend him, but he'll just make another one and claim some banged up shiz. I prefer that Moose deals with double accounts once, instead of me suspending them into creating a new one.
