Alright, I got a reported post with this quote in the decription. I went to the post and only saw that the user used the color red and nothing else in his post. Do we have a policy against using any kind of colors or as the quote says, we are against multiple colors, but not single colors.

I have had a long PM discussion with DEAD about that, and I told him that it only ruled against multiple colours and not single colours. So long as it's not a pain to read or completely illegible I don't think any action should be taken.
I really think that we should totally rewrite the rulebook so that everything's in one place and so there's no confusion.
