mmm there team ryouko, its extreme martial arts, oh and he uses a staff/bow which is a weapon (the big long stick that he twirls around)

I would say that both video's are alright. Of course you would needa lot of self discipline to even be able to get close to flipping around like that.

What's the purpose of these classes? You think it'll save you from a gun? Oh well, still neat I guess. If you really want to become a "ninja", why not just start working out and signing up to any of the martial arts teams?

I think it would be bad ass to do the stuff they can, It can save you from a gun, Belive it or not, Specaily during fights, Most likely they won't be armed with a pistole...

Impressive, but could be better; the best stuff was the one hopping around on one hand, the flips done from a standing start, and the ones involving swinging the legs around in weird ways.
