Why do you stay on SEN? Is it because of the great community, or because you're learning how to make maps or modifications? Is it because you're respected or because you love to help others? Is it because it gives you a feeling of power that you wish to never let go of and you'd kill anyone who'd take it away from you? Post your reasons for staying on SEN.

I'm staying on SEN mostly because of the great community. There are a lot of smart and interesting people who I can chat with, and I got many new friends here. I don't particularly stay because of the map making; I'm too impatient to finish any of those anyway. I also stay here because this site can help with website design and rate my signatures which I am trying to master but which come out a pathetic mess. Other sites either do one or the other .

I used to come here for melee maps and the forums about such, and almost had aspirations to bother making something ok and maybe seeing something respectable get in the pro section. However, once I found out about BWMN, there was no need for that, and I planned on leaving this site. But...the PM system i still used to stay in contact with a couple people. i ended up scrolling down "oh look a null forum full of bullshiz questions about nothing."

Now all I do is post on the forums here, null, light, serious, and games. Why am I still here? I ask myself the same question. The community rules, I still wanna learn to be a modder, but I'm total noob =/... UMS I could never touch because it's so complex (or so it seems...I've tried a couple things now and then but never really feel like finishing the map). I ain't really respected, I can't really help people here because there's always people smarter/better than me with actual answers.

I think I just like the community. No one knows me because I've been a member since december 30th '04, and didn't post till december '05. But it's still fun just to screw around on here. Obviously I'm doing something else alt-tabbed, but if this site wasn't here I'd probably be just actually focusing on something slightly important!

Mostly for maps. I like posting But the community has a overall iq of a childs. Half of it has turned into a bunch of immature kids.

Most communities have more idiots then SEN does, trust me.

I stay here because I'm a mod and have a duty to the site.

You wouldn't care about being a moderator if you didn't care about the site. You must like something about SEN other then the fact that you're a moderator on it.

Trust me, Sen has the worse immature fighters i've seen, there might be more, But you should visit better sites if they are worse than most seners, I got to plenty of forums and i never half to flame or argue.

Arguing is a fair part of serious discussion, and flaming shouldn't be done at all. These days, zombie, you seem to be one of the 'immature' people. The only other ones I've seen these days are Zordon and Kellimus. Some other people might not be too bright, but I have never seen blatant flaming except where Zordon or Kellimus were involved.

Oh yea, I'M the one flaming. Sure, keep that in you're little mind and keep repeating it to yourself. This conversation is over.

I stay here because I am bored...And I got a few people that I trust on this site...

And because I joined back in Sept...Why leave this late...

I have a duty as a moderator.

I just come here because I can.

And I don't have much time to make very long maps so I just come here and help others too.

Because therese lots of froums that are worse.

I stay here because you can't find self centering "omg my life sucks" posts like these anywhere else.

Also it's very fun, in a I argue all the time kind of way. At least here people actually speak english and not "retard"

Mostly to kill some time when I read posts. Recently I've downloaded a lof of maps just to check out some of them. Also, sometimes people will post cool/funny links to some good sites and of course, for the love of Starcraft.

I stay here to laugh at n00bs. In other words, I don't.

I stay for the community. For an internet site, the place is pretty mature. (In serious discussion that is) Although not one person here might agree with everything I say, I don't think the people here are complete stupid ass douche bags. Yes, there are a few. such as those occasional new guys who come in their 1st week or 2, acting like they're some wise ass guru. But they get over it.

Over all, the community here is pretty damn good.

Those guys are always funny ;P

There are problems everywhere . SEN has less then some other places.

This is the only site I know that is weird, funny, Blizzard fanatics, and I know everyone...It is hard to blend into new forums...And finding new ones too.

Because of me being a Global Mod and a handfull of very close friends that stay here for the same reasons as I do.

I don't play Starcraft anymore, I don't have it installed on my computer and I don't plan to. I stay here for friends, not for a nice Calculus discussion or whatever, because I can get that in any other forum.
