People love doing that.

Warn the both of them.

Why would you warn them both?

Unless I'm missing something, it looks like a non-reported reported post. All the person is doing is suggesting an action; no where in the rules does it say you cannot suggest something to a mod.

The problem is, they say it like they're telling you what to do rather than suggesting it.

There's a difference between:
"Wrong forum? Move please?"
and:
"Wrong forum. Move it."

Or:
"He's flaming me."
and:
"+20% Warn him. He's flaming."

How is that breaking a rule?

I'm fairly certain we "order" plenty of authority figures in your everyday life.

Whether or not is irrelevant (this is a website, so it's more likely to happen); the fact is, doing so is not against the law nor breaking a rule.
