Description ::
Hex Edit is a type of program that is usually used to create mods or hacks in a game. I've been using this and I think that others will enjoy it.
*Note: This is a editing tool that uses a specific code of programming, if you don't know how to program Hex Edit, don't bother downloading this.
*Coming Soon: Hex Workshop will be coming soon and since it's only for PC, I'm working on a conversion
*About Hex Editor: Hex Editor uses hexidecimal values to show the program. If you can program hexidecimal values, then this is the choice for you since it can open virtually anything from pictures to games to hacks. It also uses the binary code (example: 1=0, 2=1, 3=01, 4=10, 5=11, etc.), which must be divided into its proper values. Recommendations are given to experienced or very good programmers.
