I think this topic can be OK-ed so long as discussion about current mods doesn't occur.

I'd bring back Bolt, he had a no-crap policy that worked quite well. I don't remember many people complaining about bolt's moderation either.

I dunno. I think Kame sucked at modding. The reality is that Captain Will, BeeR KeG, LegacyWeapon (and co.) all kick ass at doing their jobs. So I really don't see the need for anyone to come back.
