You mean SF randomly crashes, or your map made with Starforge randomly crashes? It isn't so simple. Try to provide us with the details of the crash (e.g. run-time error number), and be sure to consult the pinned Starforge troubleshooting thread.

Ok, as the title said, it was Random crashes, but for more information, i was editing a pre-made map with it. Oh, when it crashes, my whole computer freezes and i have to restart.

Good lord! What are you doing to make it crash like that? It sounds like you made it enter an infinite loop somehow...

Does the premade map have something like an obscenely large number of units or something else that would eat up the RAM Starforge uses? How much RAM do you have?

That happens to me sometimes to. I think that the run0time error number that I keep getting is 56. Anyway, if the maps that you're opening were made with Xtra or Staredit, be careful, cause they usually don't work. Don't ry it the other way around either. That's all that I can say. blushing.gif

i have errors that crash starforge all the time, but thats because i keep doing stupid things, like clicking on a color box when i dont have a text box selected...i've never expeirience any major starforge errors that werent my fault...
