My head pulses with agony and pain
*thump thump, driving me insane
"UGH! CUT IT OUT!" I screamed to it
Apparently it doesn't care a bit
AHA, AHA, aha-ha-ha-HA!, it says
"I will plague you for hours and days"
"No! No! Be gone with you!"
Only if the wish'd be true
Curse you, throbbing brain of ache
Go to one else for goodness sake
Ugh! This is certainly of most torture
Such nonsense that I must endure
Wait you till I drink some Coke
And we'll see then if you do choke!

I like the creativness of this poem.
"Apparently it doesn't care a bit" I think this should be changed to Apparently it doesn't care to quit. Why? Because of the way you are using your words in this poem "quit" fits in better than "bit"
I'm not saying you should change it, just my opinion.
