Apparently Blizzard created an additional map for Starcraft 64 called Resurrection IV. Its part of the offical Starcraft canon and is about rescuing Stukov apparently he didnt die after all. Feel free to read about it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/StarCraft_Sec...Resurrection_IV
If anyone is interested in porting this map from Starcraft 64 to the PC please contact me. Unfortunately I still have to endure the tedious task of playing SC 64 without a mouse and completing all the missions in order to unlock this one final mission. But if anyone else already has that work accomplished and can create the map be my guest. Thanks guys.

Yeah i already know this, Alexia Stukov was infested but the terran got him back
