wow this list shouldnt be the truth (i know it is.. but it shouldnt)

war, drugs, alcohol, tobaco (aka: BAD THINGS) rule our world.. and like.. everyday, everyone is sayin stuff like: war is bad, drugs are bad, etc..

looks like people doesnt say what they really think..

our society is sick.. and no one's there to cure it..

our money goes worldwide...
but our national debt is always increasing due to overspending and stuff...or like we spend more than we make. but its redundant that some of our cash is going into the wrong spot or cause...drugs/alcohol in europe and pet necessities, perfumes...?the stuff were supplying to europe are wierd...they sure like drinking and potting in europe dont they?and the health products to go with it...

I would like a source for those numbers.

Like zom__*_!@#$!%!^#$^$&!#^$@^&#%*#$%&^@#%$. No wonder the U.S. is so stupid.

First of all, this is where our taxes go? To pay for drugs and alcoholic drinks? Or this is overall money?

Second of all, If those last 1000 billion $$$ were wasted on schools instead of drugs in all that.. We would be traveling at the speed of light right now or close, and I'm not joking.
Report, edit, etc...Posted by Kyuubi. on 2006-03-27 at 16:11:41
well as said before out money goes everywhere. our cash currency gets exchanged with people, cities, the country, and the rest of the world.

but spending money on useless things is a waste...we should reserve the money for a better cause than drugs and to satisfy their cravings for redundant things...but i guess if we take that away, it'll start a few problems.
but we should at least balance it out on what we buy.

Science and stuff wasn't on the list.

I would like to find out how this 400 billion dollar narcotics and drugs tab was calculated...

And how is this a discussion.

he said he got it form his social studies teacher.

I'm also curios to see the totals on science. Plus all these numbers at best could be guestimations, albit they mihg thave been made by experts in their field. So the narcotics numbe ris probably just as valid as say the pet food tabulation.

Well it makes sense, people spend money on what they want, not what they need. Same reason your online instead of spending every hour trying to educate yourself or make money. wink.gif

discussion

n 1: an extended communication (often interactive) dealing with some particular topic; "the book contains an excellent discussion of modal logic"; "his treatment of the race question is badly biased" [syn: treatment, discourse] 2: an exchange of views on some topic; "we had a good discussion"; "we had a word or two about it" [syn: give-and-take, word]

There you go.

Ha, that's more money than the other ones combined.

So... we spend more money blowing up than building up. Goody.

Inaccurate dumb numbers

With some of that stuff it's sort of expected. It's not like our taxes go into selling ice cream and pet food. For treatment cures, you need something to do before you can spend money. Currently they probably don't have ideas for Women Reproduction and what not, so we shouldn't just throw them money they won't use. And if we didn't use money on "War" then we'd be seriously farked over. For instance, if we had cut back on military money income to research the Atom Bomb, and germany found it before us, how do you think the war would've gone?

Also a lot of stuff you're missing out on, like cigrettes sales, that DOES make an income you know? It takes money to get money.

Yeah we should just completely cut off all the money we're giving to our troops so they run out of food, water, equipment, ammo, and basically everything. That way America will be a much better place.

War = Arms and stuff.

Basically I think countries just don't trust each other and would rather have big guns then no guns at all.

Just thought I'd let y'all know, millitary spending includes millitary research.

Guess where we got jets and computers? And countless other innovations? Sure, blowing shiz up is bad, but when there is a war, people need newer, better, and more efficient ways of blowing even more shiz up.

Almost everybody wonders where their money goes. Most people have complained about the amount of Income Tax, VAT, Council Tax or other form of taxation they have had to pay sometime during their lives.

Over a period of time of collecting money, some company that I have no clue the name of actually burns it.

interesting to see the education & warfare spendings, while our politicians shake hands... the best brains work for warfare, the biggest money go to warfare. fear.gif

but on the other hand some inventions were made in military research & after that were used in civil life

Just an interesting fact here, but 90% of all money is just in numbers and recorded instead of paper or actual objects of value. I really hope we DO get out of this 9 trillion$ debt though.

That leads me to a question I have to ask you all.. what will happen when we reach the limit for debt? War? tongue.gif
