I had an idea. You check the welcome section in the forums. If you see someone who you like, you can be their "assistant". Basically, for 6 months (or until they dismiss you) they will PM your for help when they need it, and you can help them if they need the help. I'm going to figure out if you should get paid for this, but anyways, what do you think.

well first off. the new people should have common sence to find the rules section. second i some what like the idea where you can help people personally than getting help from people that are a bad influence.

You know, because so many of the new welcome thread people stay for 6 months. If they need help they can PM anyone (Hopefully the people who's name appear in Gray).

6 months is way to long. Maybe 2 weeks or a month.

Well...Wouldn't they jsut read the FQs or just watch that video that Moose posted a long time ago? 
They should know how to post in forums already...It's not hat difficult to get used to SEN...
