Good day people,

(Disclaimer: This is in no way an offical team of any control nor moderation of SEN. It is simply a group of members who want to make V5 a better place to be when it is ready.)
I am Legacy and have come with a good concept to my fellow people. This is no April Fools joke, but a serious matter.

As we all know alot of spammers flammers and the like have been around for a good while. Most of these are newer members (although i havent been here long myself) and find the need to make the forum their trash bin.
This WILL NOT be so.

I am starting a V5 invasion force, i call it this because when V5 is up, we will all invade. But not to cause trouble and the like, but the exact opposite. You heard me right this invasion is to keep V5 from being another Spammers and Flammers trash bin. I know this is why we have Mods and Admins but i find it unfair that their work load is such. As members we should try and reduce this.

This is what i propose:
By joining my force you agree never to spam or flame, nor assist nor condone any racism or biggotry. You will be honest upstanding members of the highest quality but most importantly: you will like it!
It is time that as members we stand together and take up our words as arms to defend such great places as SEN. And to lessen the need for our Mods and Admins to turn around every moment to another warn and then have the person complain on why they shouldnt be banned after they have taken it too far. We will not only contribute to keeping ourselves in line but we will also in a calm rational and non insulting fashion remind others of the rules. Weather it be from a misplaced topic to the racism and flamming that we swear not to commit we will do our best in a kind manner to teach others not to do so.

Will you stand with me? Will you lend me your axes bows swords spears and MBs?
Your commitment to a better V5? I hope so.

Because too many people are just plain stupid normally. Making a promise not to be and having others look out for you when you get out of hand would help. Look around man, something like this is needed. And unless you have a better proposal i suggest you dont insult what i propose.

I think itd be great for them not to see so many reported threads and people in need of a warn. Im simply trying to do something to help out the SEN community and everyone has to shaft it left and right because they dont like it. If you dont like it post why and let it be. Not too many, but it's those that make this site worthwhile.

But as ive stated:
Statistically not alot of people even read the rules.
I dont plan this to spit or discriminate.
I planned this as something good and people are spinning it and trying to make invalid points on why it wont work. Why not let it grow and see if it does fail in reducing spam/flamming numbers before you mock it. You havent given the idea chance your just condeming it because you dont agree. Seriously all im trying to do is make SEN a better place to be. Too many times have people cmplained to the point of flamming or left because of people flamming them. I find that this constant "Nu-uh this wont work" quite stupid. Theres not much more to disagree with this on.

Simply:
I dont care if you dont like it im doing this because i believe it will work. Im as stubborn as a mule and there is no convincing me otherwise.

And your starting a group of people who think they're being cool and not flamming when they didn't read the rules so they don't even know what flamming is. Also you having this little get together of a bunch of friends who just sit around sucking on lollipops and watching care bear episodes isn't going to make SEN any better. If they don't read the rules they get BANNED. Or they go through a simple trial and error process.

I don't think we expected to destroy the ozone with CFCs but look how that turned out.

I really don't think it's that bad an idea, just if that was the case, everyone would act as if someone gave a damn about what they do, and everyone would either 1: hold back to make sure they don't come across as a moron or 2: break every rule possible for fun

So why not just say "read the damn forum rules and actually abide to them" ?

That was a joke thread about destroying the world and living with Satan, not a thread about trying to make a team of nice-posters.
