Is the rumor we are merging with Campaign Creations true or false. And, does anyone have an idea when it will happen. A news post on their site says "changes under a myself as a new admin will come soon".

I really had absolutely no clue upon any actions.
EDIT:
I went into CC's site and found no such evidence of any merging. ALl I saw was IP asking what's new and Exploit asking if there's a emrging with SeN. They do have a new Administrator since April fool's.

Figured I'd set the record straight here. I am the new admin of CC, it was not an april fools joke.
I first announced that my old project was hosted at CC many years ago on, you guessed it, april 1st. So, it just turned out that years later on the same date, I announced I was an admin.
As to why I didn't announce it before, I felt there was no need to, since I had nothing to announce.
About the possibility of a merger. That is all it is, a possibility. Right now we are mostly trying to set up better cooperation between our sites.
As for the changes I promised in my news post at CC, they have nothing to do with SEN, Mergers, or anything else IP or even my own staff know about. Nobody knows, its a surprise.
So don't worry, a merger is not imminent.

I think we should merge with them and just add a "Campaigns Discussion/Campaign Showcase forum. Then just transfer the members.

- SEN has built a reputation as a great map-making site. If it's no longer "SEN", then it no longer has that reputation.
- Campaign Creations is not only a StarCraft site, but also does WarCraft things as well. We're Staredit.net, not Waredit.net.
- Disagreements with the staff (although, since Warbringer is in charge now, this may be null.)

SENCC anyone? Well, I thought CC died like 3 years ago. It's been along time since I actually got to something on that site that I could use without that site not working. But I haven't checked it in like 2 years either.

If I said I would leave SEN if it merged then it would just make it even more of a reason to merge. Yet I'd still leave.
