I know...
I have the program... but I don't really know what any of the tools in the program are, or what they do... So I'm going to follow the step by step instructions to learn.
Right now, the only thing I don't know what to do, out of the things you told me to, is to make a border :\

make a new layer above all, then select all, then edit>stroke, change settings to 3 pixels of black, inside, then again, but with 2 pixels white inside
