I messaged him twice about the line breaks. He never responded.
The second time I also included a bit of "stay out of other people's map making assistance topics if you don't know what the hell you're talking about."
I don't think he's savable... but at least he's here for mapping because he makes help topics. I don't think english is his primiary langague... and I'd like to know if anyone else can get to him.

Doubt anyone can get to him IP, he doesnt listen to us. I've deleted many of his useless post's, many of which had nothing related to the topic or just plain stupid and made no sense. PMing doesnt seem work, warning him doesnt what will?

You might want to also check 2-2, 4-4, and 9-9. They all seem pretty similar. Maybe its a weird clan thing, but I dunno.
