I dont think you can because reavers dont do damage, the scarabs do! The only difference is that one reaver hold 5 scarabs and the Hero hold 10 scarbs. Scarabs are the damage though, only one damage!

I am not sure, but if you use triggers, have a location folloewing the scarab, unit in location owned by a enemy player, kill unit, or make hp go down, one hit kill would be cool though!

Hmmm......Is there an easy, non-crashing way to make 2 different scarab types?
lol a hero scarab... that's almost as ridiculous as a hero infested terran...

Sorry about the big bumb, but I got a (hopefully) useful comment.
I got a possible method for this, it won't work in every situation though. When you want a 'hero' Reaver as in 1 specific Reaver which does more damage then any other Reaver you could do the following. Using Hyper Triggers you could constantly (when there are enemies close, that is) create - remove an other Reaver next to the Hero. Remember to give him Scarabs. When an enemy is near and you have timed the removal time perfectly then the 'extra' Reaver will shoot one Scarab just before he gets removed. So basically your Hero Reaver will fire 2 Scarabs, doubling his damage and possible the amount of targets.

The problem with this method is that you can only have a limited amount of 'Hero' Reavers. You will probably wonder how to 'identify' the correct one for the extra Reaver. Well I've got a special method for that. You use an invulnerable Scourge. At the beginning it will be placed above the Hero Reaver. You won't have control of your Hero Reaver but only of the Scourge above it. When you move the critter the Reaver will follow it. Now you can identify the Reaver because you've made it belong to another player.
Of course you could also do it the other way around, you make sure the Hero Reaver starts in the lower left cornor. Now the Reaver belongs to you but the Scourge doesn't (you should use a Observer which you don't see, btw). When you move the Reaver the Scourge moves as well, since the Reaver moves slow as hell you should not have any major problems with keeping the right location on the right Reaver.

is the same person controlling both reavers? if not, then modify the bonus to to the scarabs, and one person will have the unupgraded damage scarabs, the other person will have the upgraded damage ones.
