i am making a rpg and wondering if there is a way to set the damage of psionic storm. plz help.

Here's what I did once.
I made a units with 1000 hit points and 0 armor.
I cast psionic strom on it.
I subtract the current Hp from the old one.

Psionic storm damage is around 75 - 125 I don't remember well.
