Is it possible to take the battle net's fonts for chat and desk and use them on my pc?

Yes, it's quite possible. You'd have to play around a little to get the correct font, size and color. You could downlaod the B.net Font Utility to find out those values, but I'm not 100% sure, since I've never downloaded the program before.

Go to a place like Dafont.com or 1001fonts.com for SC Font, i have it on my comp, You should already have it.
