Dude.. You Should Look around the fourms theres many post of this



Google in this
COMDLG32.OCX
And Download it from a site and SAVE IT TO YOUR SYSTEM32 FOLDER When you done doing that
Goto
Start > Run
And type this in Or copy it and paste it

regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX and press enter
I should say It was Sucessful

yeah, you're missin Visual basic runtime files. If that's not the case, then I have no idea. Either try a reinstall, get an older version, or take your computer out somewhere secluded and shoot it multiple times with a 12-guage shotgun (or the rough equivalent). Of course, the final option should only be used as a last resort and is not reccomended for emo people, as they are usually too emotional to hit the computer and often castrate themselves in the process, effectively rendering themselves capable of wearing "Chick pants".

Yes download scm draft, or x-tra editor because there actually good editors. But seriously try those editors first because it'l save you a lot of time, but if you have a lot of time and unusual patients for finished editors that has more glitchs in it then the newly created beta scm draft then go ahead but try x-tra and scm draft first.
