Yeah - even if it wasn't him then posting a picture of a woman with someone's balls resting on her forehead (Looks like Spring Break to me!) is fair game for a suspension at least.
If he does it again then we should probably consider emailing his ISP.
If I could ban by service (or what IPs resolve to), I'd love to do that.

If you don't have all the required information already, then here it is.
Yes, compile all the data together and send a complaint. His parents won't like their internet being shut off, will they?
In the mean time, ban any accounts you see.
I believe you can very well ban by host resolve... at least with .htaccess.
Give me until tomorrow, I have to go to work now
. If anyone wants to compile a list of all relevant ip address from all these accounts, it'll save me the trouble
.
And let's start compiling an email to his host here.
Since April 8, his only IP Address has been 71.248.128.206
His accounts have been:
Loafa
Six6Six
SeNSucks
SenSucks_Still
He was banned several months ago as I-X-King-X-I, he came back on April 8th as Loafa, and started spamming the boards until this account was also banned. On April 14th, he came and created 2 more accounts, spamming our boards and with Six6Six, he posted pornography. After these 2 new accounts were suspended, he created a third one stating that he will always find a way in here. THis third account was also suspended. The Administrator then banned the IP Address from the site.
Broken Rules:
1) Creating more than one account
2) Spamming the boards with the same message several times
3) Avoiding a ban
Broken Law:
1) A under-age posting Pornorgraphy on a majorly minor site
That's a recompilation of most of what he did. We need to put all that into a well written e-mail. I'm currently out of time for the day, so I'll possibly get started tommorow if none of you have.
Borken ISP policy: (find the actual quote) use of services to harass other individuals over the Internet (he is harassing us).
